Re-launched in January, 2015, Rogers has a terrific team of leaders who serve on the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Council. Comprised of business leaders from across the enterprise, Nitin Kawale, President of the Enterprise Business Unit serves as Chair and Nyla Ahmad, Vice President, Incubation serves as Vice Chair. The I&D Council oversees the development and implementation of the Company’s Inclusion and Diversity strategy and spreads the excitement about fostering an inclusive culture at Rogers!
Rogers has a dedicated team under Nancy Nazer, SVP of Organizational Development & Enterprise Learning who is responsible for leading the initiative and make meaningful change with long-term impact.
